Consultant Psychiatrist - Female Acute Ward
Location: Bristol
Salary: £160K pro rata FTE
Hours: 30
Contract: Permanent - Part Time

We are currently recruiting for our client who require an experienced consultant who will have responsibility for general psychiatry on a female acute inpatient ward.

Person Specification:

  • CCST/CCT (or equivalent) in Psychiatry
  • Consultant-level experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Current license to practice and on the relevant specialist register
  • MRCPsych or equivalent
  • Approved under the MHA 1983 (AC and S12)
  • Acute inpatient and outpatient experience
  • Experience working with and leading a multidisciplinary team
  • Supervision of junior medical staff
  • Experience in clinical governance and service improvement
