12 Month Contract - MEP Revit Technician - Outside IR35

You will be responsible for producing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models and drawings using Revit, while collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage 3D MEP Revit models for complex and sustainable mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Produce precise and detailed drawings that align with the company's high standards for quality and innovation.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design coordination issues using Revit and Navisworks.
- Contribute to the delivery of sustainable design solutions, in line with the consultancy's focus on environmentally conscious projects.
- Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and industry-leading standards for project delivery.
- Maintain and update Revit libraries, ensuring that models are current, organized, and accurate.
- Work closely with the project team to meet deadlines and project goals, communicating effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved.

- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as an MEP Revit Technician, preferably within the building services or construction sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and how they integrate into large, complex building designs.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet project deadlines and coordinate effectively with the project team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
- Desirable:
- Experience with Dynamo scripting for Revit automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant standards, such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, or similar sustainability codes.
