Red Recruitment is recruiting a Corporate Programme Delivery Co-Ordinator in Bristol City Centre to join our client, one of the largest providers of Financial Education and Well-Being support within the public sector.

Your role will be to ensure the effective administration and running of programs for corporate clients by providing first-class support.

Key Responsibilities of a Corporate Programme Delivery Co-Ordinator:

  • Developing and maintaining strong long-term relationships with new and existing corporate clients
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the services in line with client requirements
  • Managing the service for multiple clients concurrently, in accordance with agreed deadlines
  • Assisting with challenging client requests, escalating issues as needed
  • Producing data reports and information for both internal and external use

Key Skills and Experience of a Corporate Programme Delivery Co-Ordinator:

  • You should have a strong ability to process and analyse large volumes of data
  • Excellent administration, customer service and reporting skills is required
  • You should have knowledge of the following: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Canva, WordPress and Vimeo
  • Ideally you will have a third-level diploma or higher qualification
  • Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload is required
