DK Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Success Executive to join our clients customer success division going through an exciting period of growth. Our client are a leading technology organisation based in North Bristol.
Duties:
路 Ensuring my clients contract clients have a great experience by providing exceptional customer care during the complete lifecycle of the client and contract.路 To manage the lifecycle of customer agreements, creation, changing, and removal in the CRM whilst ensuring the highest levels of input and data accuracy.路 To own the onboarding of our clients services for customers, delivering a seamless experience.路 To act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance.路 To investigate and own customer complaints and constructive feedback, ensuring a customer first approach is taken.
Location: North Bristol (2 days per week can be worked from home)
Must have full UK driving licence
