We are recruiting for an excellent long-term opportunity for a Disrepair Consultant to oversee legal disrepair works.
Responsibilities will include;
-Management of disrepair cases ensuring an appropriate response
-Management of small team of surveyors
-Liaision with legal professionals
-Court representation where required
-Production of detailed reports for disrepair works
-Candidates should have experience of overseeing disrepair works
-Experience of legal aspects of disrepair
-Should have a recognised professional surveying qualification
