A longstanding South West based Asbestos Consultancy are now seeking to take on a hardworking Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their established team. The successful candidate will be covering both Private and Public sector sites, undertaking various surveying and analytical duties in line with client requirements and HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Our client can offer the successful candidate opportunities for training and progression, generous holiday allowance and enrolment onto the company pension scheme.
Candidates will have good access to the South West / South Wales region and the surrounding areas: Bath, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Swindon, Gloucester, Stroud, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Warminster, Devizes, Warminster, Andover, Sailsbury, Shepton Mallet, Minehead, Taunton, Yeovil, Ilminster, Cardiff, Barry, Newport, Weston super Mare, Caerphilly, Monmouth.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Good communication skills.
" Able to organise workload in line with company and client requirements.
" Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Will be driven with an excellent work ethic.
The Role:
" Undertaking management, R&D, and re-inspection surveys.
" Carrying out four stage clearances.
" Conducting leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Ensuring all work is carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Working in line with client agreed timeframes.
" Producing detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
