ARCA Resourcing are partnered with a Bristol based Professional Services company looking to recruit a Finance Systems Lead responsible for their Workday ERP.
Working as part of the newly established team and reporting jointly to the SRO and Director of Finance, your responsibilities will be:
- Manage and oversee all activities relating to the Accounting & Finance components of ERP maintenance, upgrades, and continuous process improvement.
- Responsible for day-to-day management, administration & support of Workday Financials. Driving progress, delivering against the agreed roadmap.
- Act as liaison and SME between the centralised IT team and Finance division
- Own and oversee all change, test & release activities
- Ensure training & support documentation is up to date following bi-annual releases for all Workday users
- Ensure Workday best practices are being upheld at all times.
Essential skills & experience required:
- Subject matter expertise in finance / accountancy best practice (ideally you will have a finance background)
- Previous experience of ERP implementation or maintenance (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Workday)
Hybrid working role - but there will be a requirement to spend at least 2 days per week onsite in Central Bristol offices.
