Freight Administrator

The freight administrator opportunity will see you carry out duties within quotations such as:

  • Supporting a sales team to produce quotations of freight services
  • To communicate and build external relationships with brokers and other branch's
  • Producing reports to review quotations with internal management
  • To communicate quotation feedback to the sales department
  • General department administration

The successful freight administrator will have a need to hold an administrative background, be proficient within the use of Microsoft programs and be confident in picking up new packages. It would be beneficial to hold current CRM system experience but full training will be provided within their bespoke system. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked as an administrator, customer service advisor, sales administrator or who holds experience working within a quotations type of role. Additional basic freight industry knowledge would be preferred.
