Adecco Manchester are pleased to be partnered with one of the UK's leading Assistive Technology providers to recruit for an Ergonomic Assessor and Installation Engineer based in Bristol.

Location: Bristol
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime: Two fixed overtime days of your choosing (Monday-Thursday until 7:00 PM to accommodate evening bookings)
Work place: Field based around Bristol and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to 29,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Conduct ergonomic assessments and work space evaluations
Identify ergonomic risks and recommend tailored solutions
Deliver, assemble, and install ergonomic furniture such as chairs, desks, and laptop stands
Solve problems related to customised workstation setups
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
Optimise work spaces by reorganising layouts when necessary
Maintain tools and ensure ergonomic assessment demonstration equipment is ready for use
Keep accurate records of assessments, inventory, and client interactions
Collaborate with other assessors when required for larger projects
Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience in ergonomics is highly desirable but not essential
Strong customer-centric approach with excellent listening skills
Ability to understand client concerns and tailor ergonomic solutions accordingly
Technical proficiency in setting up and adjusting furniture
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Manual labor capability, including heavy lifting where required
Excellent communication and professional demeanor
Valid driving license (maximum of 3 penalty points)
Happy to adhere to an Enhanced DBS check upon receipt of offer
