A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant to join a dynamic team in Bristol. Our client, a leading consultancy specializing in sustainable building practices, is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to help deliver BREEAM assessments and contribute to exciting environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior consultants with the delivery of BREEAM assessments for a variety of projects.
• Preparing BREEAM-related reports and documentation for certification.
• Conducting research to stay updated on the latest BREEAM standards and industry developments.
• Providing support to clients throughout the certification process.

The Ideal Graduate BREEAM Consult will:

• Be recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field, ideally with a focus on BREEAM or sustainable building practices.
• Hold a BREEAM qualification (e.g., BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) or BREEAM New Construction (NC) - not essential
• Has a strong passion for sustainability and environmental impact.
• Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
