Are you and an experienced QHSE Manager looking for a new role Are you confident of delivering QHSE in a Manufacturing environment Do you have the skills to deliver QHSE Management across multiple locations each with differing customer and process specific regulatory requirementsKingscroft has been engaged to recruit a Group QHSE Manager for manufacturing organisation with operations in the South West and across the Midlands. As the ideal candidate you will be an experienced QHSE Manager and have the ability to work with individual site leadership teams to deliver effective QHSE management and systems to help drive operational performance. Group accreditation's include ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO50001 ISO 18001 and IATF16949Main duties of the role will include:

  • To develop and implement best practice QHSE systems across all sites that meet the needs of each site and the groups regulatory requirements.
  • To ensure that the QHSE requirements of our customers, are fully met through the development, maintenance and implementation of a suitable Quality Management System.
  • To champion a strong QHSE compliance culture.
  • To provide advice, knowledge and resource on quality related projects, utilising the appropriate tools and techniques, to promote and continually improve quality and performance targets throughout the organisation.
  • To train, mentor and develop QHSE resources on each site.
  • To agree control parameters for all on-site processes, identify and develop methods for controlling and implement monitors for reporting against these significant parameters.
  • To manage the QHSE performance on each site against agreed targets and objectives. To create and deliver action plans for underperformance and non-compliance.
  • To help Site Leaders drive key areas and outcomes in HS , efficiency , waste and customer satisfaction through QHSE systems and CI initiatives.
  • Working with site leaders to maintain budgetary control against agreed levels of expenditure.
  • Act as the key conduit between sites and group on all QHSE related matters
