Location: Remote (occasional travel to London and Southwest)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Lead the management of complex employee relations cases, ensuring adherence to employment law and best practices, and providing expert advice to senior leaders.
- Empower managers with guidance on handling grievance, disciplinary, and performance management issues with confidence and fairness.
Restructures and Organisational Design:
- Spearhead major organisational restructuring projects, helping design and implement new structures that align with the companys strategic objectives.
- Ensure seamless transitions throughout the change process, minimising disruption and ensuring employee engagement remains strong.
Trade Union Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trade union representatives, managing negotiations on collective agreements and workforce changes to ensure the best outcomes for all involved.
- Tackle union disputes head-on, maintaining legal compliance and fostering positive, long-term relationships.
Leadership and Management of HR Team:
- Provide inspiring leadership to the HR team, driving high performance and ensuring the delivery of HR services that align with organisational goals.
- Mentor and coach team members to nurture their professional growth and create a culture of excellence.
- Oversee the administration of key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance, ensuring all systems run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures that are legally compliant and fit for purpose in a fast-evolving environment.
Skills and Attributes:
- CIPD qualified, with substantial experience in HR leadership roles, including overseeing complex HR operations.
- A proven track record of managing trade union relationships and leading collective bargaining processes to successful outcomes.
- Extensive experience in leading organisational restructures and driving impactful organisational design initiatives.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across all levels.
- Resilience and agility, thriving in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a practical, solutions-focused approach to HR challenges.
- Deep expertise in employment law and HR best practices, ensuring the organisation remains compliant and ahead of the curve.
