- Realistic OTE of £60k+ (uncapped)
Our client is an award winning, multi-branch, independent agency located in Bristol.
They’re looking for an Head of Lettings; an experienced, senior person to head up their Lettings teams across multi-branches, working with front end/new business-related staff.
Head of Lettings, Principle Accountabilities:
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with larger/ portfolio Landlords
- Overseeing can carrying out business generation - creating opportunities to increase our client's portfolio
- Ensuring all offices/ systems/service standards are adhered to
- Ensuring consistent delivery of our high levels of customer service across the teams
- To implement new strategies and ideas to develop and aid the business and clients
- To work closely with the team and other management/sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Networking and social media skill required
- Building the business from the ground up and running all elements of the business within your control day to day
- With continued business growth, building and maintaining successful Lettings Teams
- Demonstrate leadership as Head of Lettings, and tenacity along with a willingness /ability to coach and develop the same in others as the business grows
- Training the teams and ensuring their growth needs are met
- Demonstrate the ability to expand and develop the role with long term vision
- Hit annual targets and KPI’s
- Staying up to date with current legislation
- Working with the legislation boundaries and ensuring you and the team follow all legislative procedures
