JOB TITLE: Head of Private Client department
Location: South Bristol
Hours: Full Time, Office based. Hybrid can be arranged after probation but office based is preferred.
Salary: DOE PQE Crica 50K - 60K
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Minimum 4 years PQE in Private Client department
* Experience managing teams / in a leadership position.
* Ideally experience leading a private client team/supervising staff
DAY TO DAY
* Oversee a team of 5-8 staff from Fee Earners to Support staff including monitoring and supporting them and ensuring fee earners meet their targets. Ensuring they are progressing and developing in their careers.
* Time recording
* Maintain up to date electronic files
* Compliance with company policies.
