Head of Sales Progression

We are seeking a proactive Head of Sales Progression to join a leading independent to oversee the sales progression process and ensure smooth office operations . This role is key in driving efficiency, enhancing client experience, and maintaining a high standard of service across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Act as a key liaison with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, and clients.
  • Identify potential issues, implement solutions, and streamline processes to reduce transaction times.
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and a high level of service company-wide.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales progression team.
  • Monitor and report on performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
