Sonic Summary

CDL is seeking HGV 1 drivers for contracts in Bristol and surrounding areas, with both day and night shifts available.
Candidates must have a full HGV C+E licence, a valid driver qualification card (CPC), and a valid digital tachograph card.
The role involves completing vehicle checks, ensuring safe deliveries, and maintaining good communication with clients.
A professional demeanor and a positive attitude towards time-sensitive tasks are essential for this position.
The salary for this role is competitive, and a minimum of 2 years of driving experience is preferred.

CDL has been meeting the staffing needs of transport and warehouse businesses for over 20 years.We are currently looking for HGV 1 drivers to cover contracts in Bristol and the surrounding areas. Day and night shifts available!

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to);
completing vehicle checks and reporting defects
providing a professional service, ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently
completing relevant paperwork relating to deliveries and collections
navigating busy roads to optimise timely deliveries
following company safety policies
communicating well with clients and customers

This position requires the following:
full HGV C+E licence
valid driver qualification card (CPC)
valid digital tachograph card
right to work in the UK
good communication skills
