£30k-£35k - depending on experience

As the HR Administrator, you will support and assist with a full range of HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage paperwork for new starters including contracts, HR forms for onboarding and the onboarding process.
  • Maintain HR Database.
  • Actively involved with Recruitment, arranging interviewing, screening candidates and generate offer letters.
  • Update company policies and communications.
  • Produce monthly reports to the People Director on HR related activities.

We are looking for:

  • Proven solid background working as a HR Administrator.
  • Knowledge of HR and Employment Law.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
