Artis HR are supporting a well established and successful business in North Bristol with the recruitment of a HR Administrator, this is a permanent full time post paying £28-30000pa. This role provides a fabulous opportunity for someone who is an existing HR administrator or broader administrator an another area of business with an interest in HRThe role:* You will join an established, friendly and energetic People team, committed to providing a first-class service to the teams which we support.* You will be responsible for providing HR, recruitment and training administration to support with the efficient running of the global team. Everything you do will contribute towards effective and engaging experiences for all of their people.* Amongst other tasks, you will be managing inboxes, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding of new starters, ensuring systems are updated and accurate, generating letters and coordinating and booking training.* You will report into the HR Manager, with a dotted line to the Learning and Development Manager. About you:We're looking for a curious, driven individual, who is eager to learn and can play an important part in keeping the wheels turning and getting tasks done to deliver to our customers.Working in an environment with constantly changing priorities, you'll need to be able to work accurately to tight deadlines and positively adapt to changing work priorities when new tasks need to be done or requirements change. As part of a people centric business, you will play an important role where you will need to be able to stay positive under pressure and display energy and enthusiasm in the way you go about your role. You will be able to problem solve and have the courage to challenge when appropriate.
