The Team:

The People & Culture team are central to how Aardman operates as an employee-owned studio, ensuring its people strategies align with and support our unique culture and enabling the studio to deliver on its vision and mission through its people.The Role: As a key member of the team, the HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the department in terms of organisation and administration. Tasks will be varied and will include keeping up to date records of employees, being on top of key employment dates, assisting with the recruitment, training and development processes and managing the information on the HR system.

The Candidate: With some previous experience in an HR administrative role, candidates will have strong organisational and administrative skills and will be happy juggling multiple tasks and priorities. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem solving and a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy. An understanding of key HR processes is highly desirable.
