Job description

We’re hiring an HR Administrator. In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Manager and play a key part in maintaining a smooth and efficient HR function.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping employee records accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
  • Preparing essential HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
  • Managing and organising HR filing systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting in recruitment processes, from posting job advertisements to coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
  • Supporting new hires through onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and welcoming induction experience.
  • Keeping policies and procedures updated and assisting with their implementation.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
  • Assisting the HR Manager with employee relations tasks, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinating training sessions and maintaining accurate training records.
  • Providing general support, including scheduling meetings and handling special HR projects.

  • Previous experience in HR or administration (preferred but not essential).
