IAM Manager (Identity & Access Management)
About the Role:
Our client, a global leader in their field, is looking to hire an experienced and dynamic IAM Manager to lead a new platform rollout. As part of a high-performing team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies. This role requires a technology-focused mindset with the ability to drive forward strategic initiatives, ensuring the delivery of innovative and secure IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Lead transformations in key areas such as identity governance, privileged access management, access management, and customer identity access management.
- Must have hands-on experience with Savyint solutions and demonstrate proficiency in its deployment and management.
- Understand both personal and team roles, building a positive working environment by fostering strong relationships within the team.
- Take initiative to proactively seek guidance, clarification, and feedback when necessary.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally, including delivering clear requests for information and managing potential conflicts in a professional manner.
- Manage multiple priorities, demonstrating flexibility in task prioritization and ensuring timely completion of objectives.
Expectations:
- Proven experience and knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy and delivery.
- Must have experience working with Savyint IAM solutions.
- Experience in IAM solutions assurance.
- Client-facing experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work from the office for 2-3 days a week, while balancing remote work.
- Ability to influence and lead within a team, applying expertise to make a significant impact on organizational success.
