The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) Manager to lead our logistics strategies and ensure the seamless integration of supportability throughout the lifecycle of our cutting-edge defence systems.

So, what will you be doing as an ILS Manager?

  • Logistics Strategy Development: Design and implement integrated logistics support strategies for next-generation missile systems.
  • Improve programme management skills, develop Customer facing skills and promote your profile internationally within the business.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on logistics needs and expectations.
  • Support Model Implementation: Utilise weapon systems support models and predictive logistics to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless operations.
