Description
The Interim Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead will deliver the DE&I strategy by working with various stakeholders within the organisation, as well as the DE&I working group to ensure the organisation are advocating and inspiring inclusively.
- Develop and implement DE&I strategies
- Conduct assessments and audits to identify gaps in DE&I practices
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote DE&I across the organisation
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of DE&I initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Act as an internal consultant on DE&I issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management
Profile
A successful Interim Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead should have:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of DE&I principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the development and implementation of DE&I strategies and initiatives
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations
