Description

The Interim Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead will deliver the DE&I strategy by working with various stakeholders within the organisation, as well as the DE&I working group to ensure the organisation are advocating and inspiring inclusively.

  • Develop and implement DE&I strategies
  • Conduct assessments and audits to identify gaps in DE&I practices
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote DE&I across the organisation
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of DE&I initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Act as an internal consultant on DE&I issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management

Profile

A successful Interim Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead should have:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of DE&I principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the development and implementation of DE&I strategies and initiatives
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations

Job Offer

6 Month FTC - salary c£55k + Benefits

Based in Bristol, the role can be fully remote or hybrid.
