Location: Fishponds, Bristol

Pay Range/Details: £23,000 to £25,000 Per Annum + Commission (OTE £35,000 PA)

Omega is currently assisting a successful machine tool and industrial equipment supplier in their search for an Inside Sales / Telesales professional to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience, ideally within the machine tools or engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities – Inside Sales

  • Engage with existing and potential customers using the company's CRM system to identify and meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits, referring customers to internal specialists where necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales and applications teams to exceed targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements – Inside Sales

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in machine tools or engineering supplies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
