A leading sustainability consultancy based in the South West of England is looking for a Junior BREEAM Assessor to join their dynamic team, working on a range of exciting property and development projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the energy assessment and sustainability sector - developing strategies and providing expert assessments and advice alongside a team of experienced professionals.
In this position, you will be involved in BREEAM assessments and environmental assessments, providing valuable advice to clients. You will also help with the modelling of both domestic and non-domestic buildings and contribute to the improvement of existing energy strategies.
To be considered for this Junior BREEAM Consultant role, you should:
- (Ideally) be a BREEAM Accredited Professional/Assessor, or have familiarity with BREEAM.
- Hold a degree in sustainability or building services
- Be based within a commutable distance of Bristol
