Do you have previous legal experience with strong attention to detail?Our client, a UK top 25 legal firm, is looking for a Legal PA to join their Bristol team, on a 12 month fixed term contract.Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive PA support, including diary management, mailbox monitoring, and travel arrangements
  • Manage billing processes, financial reports, and expenses in coordination with the accounts team
  • Handle document comparisons, deeds scheduling, filing, and meeting room reservations
  • Address inquiries and maintain positive relationships with internal/external clients and colleagues
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, IT queries, and cover for PA absences

Your Skills:

  • Positive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines independently
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Discreet, confidential, and diplomatic in all dealings
  • Collaborative team player, able to build strong relationships with PAs and lawyers
  • Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and document management systems)
