Your new roleHays is working with a growing organisation in Bristol who are looking for a P2P Coordinator on a 6-month FTC. Salary for the role is £30,000-£31,000, dependent on experience. The organisation offers hybrid working. Main responsibilities include:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of work, adhering to agreed SLAs. This involves fully reconciling ledgers for transfer to the team and ensuring that processes operate effectively and comply with P2P policies.
  • Oversee the application of best practices, ensuring requirements are tracked and completed and that issues related to opening balances and onboarding are resolved promptly.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure the smooth transition of financial processes and systems.
  • Drive improvements in the P2P process and represent the integration team in meetings with confidence and enthusiasm, aiming to present the best outcomes.
  • Train new team members in teams, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver a high-quality service.
