- £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- Conduct client risk assessments, research, analysis, and product selection within the remit of financial advisory services.
- Write suitability letters and recommendation reports, most commonly for investments, onshore and offshore bonds, SIPPs, and Protection.
- Perform planning work including income planning, IHT and tax calculations, Trust solutions, and cashflow planning.
- Handle calculation work including pension carry forward, Tapered Annual Allowance, IHT, CGT, and income tax calculations.
- Manage project work, such as transition projects for acquired client banks moving from existing investment structures/providers/platforms to preferred solutions.
- Manage time-driven task communications, such as ISA/pension top-ups and CGT bed and ISA actions for platform clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Provide support with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to enhance client service delivery.
- Peer check work when required.
- CII PFS diploma qualified.
- Background in an Advisory or Investment Management firm with a good understanding of regulated advice and investment management services.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with a minimum of maths and English GCSE grades A - C (or 5 - 9).
- Ideally educated to A-level standard, or equivalent.
- Competent computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel; experience using client record and database systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills.
