NET Recruit are supporting a growing accountancy and financial services business, in their search for a Partner to join their rural team in the South Bristol area.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring that an exceptional service is delivered to clients by every member of the team
  • Overseeing the team of accounting professionals
  • Seeking opportunities to promote the services of the business to potential and new clients
  • Managing the development of the team, including supporting with new additions and professional development
  • Ensuring all team members are working within set out regulations and guidelines for their work
  • When required, overseeing the preparation of accounts and tax returns
  • Managing client relationships
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Possess at least AAT Level 4 or a higher qualification such as ACA/ACCA
  • Have extensive experience gained from within an accountancy practice environment 
  • Applicants should have agricultural/rural experience as well
  • Previous experience at Partner level would be highly desirable
  • Good exposure to preparing accounts and tax returns for clients such as sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Sound knowledge of any relevant tax regulations
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
