  • Lead an established firm of accountants with efficient processes and systems in place, taking the wheel and driving further business growth.
  • Deliver a commercially focused strategy, championing service excellence.
  • Nurturing talent and motivating those around you, scoping professional development opportunities.
  • Mentor junior staff through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Overseeing deliverables and ensuring accuracy, monitoring budgets and deadlines.
  • Ensuring compliance of statutory obligations, working with the Risk and Compliance team.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients.
  • Representing the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Nurture trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural leader.
