Our client, a luxury automotive dealership has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join their amazing team.

The role:

• Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
• Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
• Ensuring phones are answered quickly and professionally.
• Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.
• Assisting in stock checks and van deliveries where required.
• Packing and loading Parts correctly

Key skills/experience:

• We are looking for an ambitious candidate ideally with previous dealership or Motor Factor Parts experience who has the ability to work on there own initative as well as part of a team.
• A key component for us is someone with a passion for customer service, can do attitude, flexibility and an enthiusm for cars.
• Previous use of Kerridge or DRIVE would be advantageous, along with BMW knowledge which is preferred but not essential.
• Any Parts Interpratation skills and knowledge of the Motor industry would be a clear benefit to help you succeed in this role as well as your enthiusm of the brand.
