Daytime Healthcare are working with a luxury private hospital who are looking for a Lead Patient Administrator to join the team in Bristol.

You must be able to start ASAP.

The candidate will need to have previous clinical front of health experience. This could be at a Hospital, Clinic or other healthcare setting (2 years minimum experience). Luxury settings will also be an advantage!

Duties Include:-

Coordinate the day-to-day running of the clinic ensuring the smooth and efficient patient journey at all times

Assist with the handling of admin/patient issues

Ensure high productivity and efficiency of each clinic: - maximising the use of booking systems to provide a smooth appointment booking service that works seamlessly for patients, clinicians and colleagues

Routinely monitor and assess clinic performance against targets (with support from practice manager)

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in private patient coordination, ideally within a cosmetic surgery or private healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with private surgical pricing structures, invoicing and processing payments.
  • Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with experience handling surgical bookings, including enquiries, queries and aftercare concerns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience using private healthcare software (e.g., DGL, Pabau, or similar systems).
  • Knowledge of GDPR and patient confidentiality protocols.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a small, close-knit team, supporting private paying patients.
