What You'll Be Doing:- �? Engage and inspire: Deliver exciting, informative lessons to students.
- ?? Hands-on learning: Teach students practical skills by guiding them through real-world scenarios and training.
- �? Shape future plasterers: Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
- ?? Industry expertise: Share your insider tips and tricks to help students excel in a fast-paced, hands-on industry.
- ?? Level 3/Advanced Craft qualification in Plastering (or an equivalent qualification).
- ? Willingness to undergo an ENHANCED DBS check-because safety is our top priority.
- ?? Passion for teaching and a desire to make a real impact on students' careers.
- ?? Strong occupational competence and a relevant skill set in plastering.
- ?? Willingness to pursue a teaching or assessing qualification within two years (support and training provided).
- ?? Competitive salary: £36,000 - £46,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).
