We are excited to announce an opportunity for a combined role as a Plumbing, Heating & Gas Lecturer and Apprenticeship Trainer.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging theoretical and practical training sessions to apprentices in plumbing, heating, and gas.
  • Support and assess students in their workplace, helping them meet or exceed their targets to achieve their qualifications.
  • Provide regular feedback, guidance, and mentoring to apprentices, ensuring they develop the necessary skills to succeed in the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Work collaboratively to support apprentices' progress and contribute to the success of our students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant professional qualifications in plumbing, heating, and gas.
  • Proven experience in teaching or training within the specified fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining industry knowledge.
