We are excited to announce an opportunity for a combined role as a Plumbing, Heating & Gas Lecturer and Apprenticeship Trainer.
Day-to-Day of the Role:- Deliver high-quality, engaging theoretical and practical training sessions to apprentices in plumbing, heating, and gas.
- Support and assess students in their workplace, helping them meet or exceed their targets to achieve their qualifications.
- Provide regular feedback, guidance, and mentoring to apprentices, ensuring they develop the necessary skills to succeed in the industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Work collaboratively to support apprentices' progress and contribute to the success of our students.
- Relevant professional qualifications in plumbing, heating, and gas.
- Proven experience in teaching or training within the specified fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining industry knowledge.
