Right now, I’m looking to speak with Associates/Senior Associates to join their Complex Professional Negligence team. The position comes with opportunities for early responsibility; the chance to manage cases from inception through to ADR or trial and aid other team members.You'll be experienced in professional negligence (claimant or defendant), with strong case-handling skills, knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, and an understanding of pre-action protocols.
