Salary: £17-£18per hour, dependant on experience, paid weekly

Key Responsibilities: As a Researcher, you will:
- Assist in developing evidence-gathering tools and methods.
- Working specifically with Literature Reviews and gathering data and published insights to support your findings.
- Analyse qualitative data with specialised software.
- Draft analysis, briefings, and report sections based on thorough data review.
- Collaborate with research leads to securely store evidence and maintain documentation throughout projects.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Proven research skills, with experience in data gathering and analysis - gained through work or academic projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience using specialist software for data analysis.
Desirable:
- Background in the education sector or previous experience in qualitative research.
