Key Responsibilities: As a Researcher, you will:

  • Assist in developing evidence-gathering tools and methods.
  • Working specifically with Literature Reviews and gathering data and published insights to support your findings.
  • Analyse qualitative data with specialised software.
  • Draft analysis, briefings, and report sections based on thorough data review.
  • Collaborate with research leads to securely store evidence and maintain documentation throughout projects.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Proven research skills, with experience in data gathering and analysis - gained through work or academic projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience using specialist software for data analysis.

Desirable:

  • Background in the education sector or previous experience in qualitative research.
