An exciting opportunity has arisen for Rating Surveyor to join a well-established property consultancy firm, specialising in a broad spectrum of surveying services, offering excellent benefits.

As a Rating Surveyor, you will manage a range of surveying tasks for a diverse clientele, spanning from individual private entities to regional and national organisations. This role can be full-time / part-time offering starting salary of 40,000 plus company car / car allowance and hybrid working option.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting business development activities to expand professional network.
  • Inspecting commercial properties and leisure businesses.
  • Advising clients on rateable values and mitigation strategies.
  • Submitting Checks and Challenges, preparing Council Tax appeals.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong track record in the relevant surveying work.
  • Track record in Check, Challenge, Appeal process.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
