Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a professional legal firm based in the heart of Bristol, with the appointment of a Records Assistant to join the team.

In this role, you will support the Records Manager with key administrative and data entry tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration who enjoys working with systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth operation of a busy legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records for trade mark applications, assignments, disputes, and renewals

  • Manage case entry, including acceptances, refusals, publications, oppositions, and final registrations

  • Upload and manage official documentation across a variety of case types

  • Create and maintain client and supplier records in the internal database

  • Ensure daily updates to trade mark search records are completed accurately and efficiently

  • Track deadlines, link related cases, and maintain comprehensive case notes

  • Organise and distribute official correspondence using the document management system

  • Liaise with attorneys, secretaries, and internal departments (such as Renewals, Paralegals, and Accounts) to support onboarding, case transfers, and data accuracy

  • Assist with ongoing projects aimed at improving internal processes and cross-departmental communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administrative experience, 1-2 years

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

The role is based in the office five days a week, with core hours of 9am-5pm. Flexibility on start and finish times, as well as some home working, may be possible following a successful trial period.
