RECRUITMENT RESOURCER - HYBRID ROLE

MONDAY - FRIDAY:

£12.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer for our well-known client based in central Bristol

This will be a hybrid role with two days being office based and a flexible start time between (8 hour shift)

Day to Day Duties

• Sourcing, qualifying and shortlisting candidates for apprenticeship positions against job descriptions
• Booking and undertaking screening interviews
• Talking candidates through the full recruitment process and assist with collating CVs
• Arrange interviews with candidates
• To use the appropriate government sites, social media pages and LinkedIn to source candidates, as well as other candidate resourcing tools
• Relevant administration tasks
• Follow up on leads and enquiries

Essential Skills

• A strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Effective remote worker
• Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as they arise
• Be competent using MS Word, Excel
• Goal driven
• Time management and organisational skills

Training

• Office based training provided
