Recruitment Resourcer - Bristol

£25,000 + Commission

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Bristol, to support in managing a busy temp desk within the soft facilities and healthcare sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring candidates are onboarded, booked into shifts, and paid correctly and on time.

You will also be tasked with managing and building strong client relationships, ensuring their staffing requirements are met.

Key responsibilities:

Managing client relationships
Resourcing, qualifying and screening candidates effectively
Overseeing temp desk operations, including candidate booking and onboarding
Processing pay on a weekly basis to agency staff
