Oculus are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a leading team in the heart of Bristol.

In this role, you’ll step into an active caseload, collaborating with a skilled group in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll guide clients through a range of residential property matters, from property transactions to handling landlord-tenant lease agreements.

  • Advising clients on the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Representing landlords or tenants in new lease agreements, lease assignments, and lease renewals
  • Assisting with lease schemes for property development projects
  • Managing overage and land option agreements
  • Providing commercial property assistance for corporate matters, including business and share sales
  • Supporting the litigation team in property-related disputes

The position is open as a full-time role, with potential flexibility for a shorter working week and a mix of office and remote work options.
