An exciting design consultancy is seeking a passionate Revit Technician who will be working closely with clients and other designers to provide solutions across the offsite construction sector. As a Revit Technician you will:

Create detailed designs and models using Revit and AutoCAD.
Produce high-quality, coordinated models and design documents.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, CDM, and industry standards.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver efficient, sustainable designs.
Prepare, submit and co-ordinate Building Control applications and the subsequent discharge of any conditions.
Stay updated on MMC and off-site construction techniques.

What we are looking for:

Degree in Architectural/Engineering/Environmental Design or equivalent.
Experience in Revit BIM Level 2, DfMA, and MMC.
Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and BIM procedures.
Ambitious, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional work.
