We are seeking a Reward Manager for our global client, to manage BAU compensation activities and Reward projects. This role offers the opportunity to support compensation activities across the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and to play a leading role in the delivery of their global reward strategy!

Day to Day of the Role:- Support the delivery of the Global Reward strategy.
- Lead on various Reward projects and BAU activities such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting.
- Drive the successful completion of Reward projects, delivering individually and through the team, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of two Reward Analysts.
- Undertake data analysis and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels within the firm.
- Drive a process of continual improvement.
- Play a critical role in key people projects and project management to align Reward with business requirements.
- Excellent Excel and data skills.
- In-depth experience in compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks, and complex annual review processes.
- Experience managing multiple Reward projects in a large professional services or corporate environment.
- Ability to present complex reward data and build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategic requirements into BAU activity.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Systematic approach to work, management, and driving positive change.
- Awareness of GDPR and data governance.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Previous team management experience is advantageous, as is experience working in the legal sector or a professional services environment.
