Key Responsibilities

Identify, assess, and manage operational, financial, and strategic risks across the business.
Design and implement robust risk frameworks, policies, and internal controls.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop a strong risk-aware culture.
Monitor emerging risks, regulatory changes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Produce regular risk reports for senior management and board-level committees.
Lead risk assessments, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a risk management, compliance, or audit role.
Sound knowledge of risk frameworks such as ISO 31000 or COSO.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IRM, CERA, ACCA)
