Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, assess, and manage operational, financial, and strategic risks across the business.

  • Monitor emerging risks, regulatory changes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Produce regular risk reports for senior management and board-level committees.

  • Lead risk assessments, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a risk management, compliance, or audit role.

  • Sound knowledge of risk frameworks such as ISO 31000 or COSO.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.

  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IRM, CERA, ACCA)
