Sales Administrator required for UK-wide transport services company based in South Gloucestershire/Bristol area. This is a new position and is based on a full-time, Monday to Friday permanent basis. The hours of work are 9.00am to 5.00pm with a salary of up to £25,000 for the right candidate.

Working alongside a busy sales and customer services team, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with orders, confirming schedules and delivery times and ensuring that delivery paperwork is prepared and correct when passing to drivers for route planning purposes.

 As a Sales Administrator you will receive excellent levels of product and service training, working with experienced team members who will share relevant skills and knowledge for the current vacancy. The key is to ensure that customers receive first-class customer service, looking to retain business levels with all existing customers whilst exploring new avenues for new business.

You will liaise with all internal staff, senior management, customers, suppliers and professional transport bodies, therefore previous sales administration experience would be desirable. You will be keen to learn new skills and products 2 years of previous employment experience.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and Excel), have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be willing to manage high-volume telephone calls. The ability to produce written correspondence/create letters and templates as also required. Own transport is required due to location and the need to deliver occasional supplies.
