Our Client is a market leading company within the Plant & Agricultural sector. They are looking for candidates with solid transferable skills such as:

  • Good IT Skills,
  • Clear communicator both written and verbally
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work with different departments
  • A Can-Do attitude with strong work ethic.
  • A good customer focused approach to your work.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or Admin would be an advantage

You’ll receive first class initial and on-going training to enable you to do your job well. Based in a busy office you will support the Sales process in your region. Things you’ll be doing include:

  • Assisting Sales Managers with quotes
  • Checking and processing of new sales orders
  • Arranging the manufacturing orders from cradle to grave
  • Track the machines throughout the process
  • Advise customer and keep updated with orders
  • Organise transport and deliver to the customer
  • Producing invoices
