Our Client is a market leading company within the Plant & Agricultural sector. They are looking for candidates with solid transferable skills such as:
- Good IT Skills,
- Clear communicator both written and verbally
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with different departments
- A Can-Do attitude with strong work ethic.
- A good customer focused approach to your work.
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or Admin would be an advantage
You’ll receive first class initial and on-going training to enable you to do your job well. Based in a busy office you will support the Sales process in your region. Things you’ll be doing include:
- Assisting Sales Managers with quotes
- Checking and processing of new sales orders
- Arranging the manufacturing orders from cradle to grave
- Track the machines throughout the process
- Advise customer and keep updated with orders
- Organise transport and deliver to the customer
- Producing invoices
