- Must hold a recognised IQA qualification.
- Must be an experienced Internal Verifier of Operations Departmental Manager/L&M (Level 5/7).
- Must hold solid occupational experience within Leadership and Management, ideally within an Educational setting, though this is not essential.
- Ideally hold an understanding of National Professional Qualifications.
- Minimum Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE / Functional Skills / equivalent).
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- To lead the Quality Assurance process for Level 5 and Level 7 School Leader Apprenticeships, achieving high sustained performance, quality of delivery and learner journey in line with internal and external standards.
- Work closely with the Curriculum Development team to ensure curriculum content and delivery is in line with NPQ frameworks.
- Carry out regular observations of activity, share best practice and provide guidance and support to a team of Assessors best practice and provide guidance and support to a team of Assessors
- Support achieving consistency of delivery through Standardisation activities
- Drive and implement continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure the timely achievement of learners.
