What's the role?
Exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master from a product background to join a well established Bristol company, who are very people first and offer a fantastic salary and benefits package. The role sits within one of the companies many product teams, helping to drive agile best practices and facilitate high-performing, cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll be doing:
- Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring teams follow Scrum principles
- Supporting one team initially, with the potential to work across two teams as they evolve
- Helping teams to continuously improve and deliver high-quality software solutions
- Collaborating with distributed teams across Bristol and London
- Occasional travel to London (once per month, expenses covered)
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Scrum Master, within a product/delivery environment
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and software delivery processes
- Ability to work across multiple teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Interview Process:Stage 1: 45-min Zoom interview with two team members - conversational and CV walkthroughStage 2: In-person interview - competency-based questions, situational/behavioural discussions, and some technical delivery topics
?? Location & Working Setup:
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in Bristol
- Monthly travel to London office for team events (expenses covered)
