Job Title: Senior Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or CILEx level 6 Salary: £50K - £75K DOE and PQE Hours: Full time Location: Bristol Job Reference: CWS435OVERVIEWAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a fully qualified Residential and/or Commercial Property Conveyancer or Solicitor to join a well-established and rapidly expanding legal firm in Bristol. This role offers the chance to head up a brand-new office or work from one of their existing offices across South or North Bristol, with hybrid working options available.The position is ideal for an experienced property law professional looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential for directorship. You will play a key role in developing and growing the caseload. YOUR DAY TO DAY* Handling a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing.* Managing your own caseload efficiently, ensuring high levels of client care and compliance.* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, developers, and financial professionals.* Playing an active role in business development and networking, leveraging our firm's strong ties with accountants and local businesses.* Supporting and mentoring junior team members and assisting with recruitment where necessary.* Contributing to the firm's marketing and social media initiatives to promote services.Experience & Qualifications Required* Fully qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Level 6+ professional.* Minimum 5 years' experience in residential and/or commercial property conveyancing.* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex property transactions.* Proven track record of billing and business development, ideally with an existing network of property clients.* Experience managing or mentoring a team is desirable but not essential.* Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.* Ambition to take on leadership responsibilities and grow within the firm.IN RETURN* Generous bonus scheme.* Directorship opportunity for the right candidate.* Hybrid working options available.* New modern office with the opportunity to make it your own and hire your own team* Be part of a firm with strong community ties, sponsoring local sports, arts, and charities.* Regular social events and a supportive team environment.* Company pension scheme * 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas - new years closure.
