This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced D365 professional to join a dynamic, forward-thinking company that prides itself on its innovation and technical excellence.About the Role:As a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Developer, you will play a crucial leadership role within the team, driving the development and integration of new functionalities across the organisation’s Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system. This is a hands-on role where you will not only be leading the technical development but also overseeing key areas of customisation, integration, and ensuring high levels of technical performance. You will collaborate with various business units to enhance and optimise systems to meet both operational needs and strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of new features and customisations within D365 F&O.
  • Work on integration projects across the business, ensuring seamless connection between D365 F&O and other systems.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Oversee technical performance and ensure the system runs efficiently, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of D365 F&O by developing innovative solutions and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
  • Strong experience with X++ programming language.
  • Solid understanding of technical performance tuning and system optimisation.
  • Proven experience in customisation and development of Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
  • Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics is a huge bonus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
